At Pet Paltoo, your satisfaction matters most to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

• No Cash Refunds.
• An original invoice is required for any product exchange.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as sold, with complete original packaging and all included items.
• Used products will not be exchanged.
• Exchange is only possible within the same category.
• After 14 days, a 15% deduction will be applied.
• In case of size issues, HOBs and HOODs may be exchanged without deduction within 2 months.
• No exchange is possible after 2 months.
• Items purchased on promotion/discount cannot be exchanged.
• Products bought at regular price but later put on promotion will be exchanged at the current promotional price.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your product back.
