- We currently ship orders all over Pakistan.
- Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable; in such cases, our team will contact you.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery time: 2 – 5 working days (within major cities).
- Remote areas may take 5 – 8 working days.
- Grooming appointments, boarding services, and veterinary consultations are not shipped but scheduled directly with you.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier delays. Petpaltoo.com is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above PKR [Insert Limit – e.g., 3,000].
- A standard shipping fee of PKR [Insert Fee] applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email confirmation with tracking details.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable areas.
- Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and keep the payment ready at the time of delivery.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restrictions.

- Medicines and perishable products are shipped with extra care and may have limited availability in certain regions.
